Fireside Chat-Canuck Place Children's Hospice
I wanted to send you an exclusive invitation to a Fireside Chat with Harleen Athwal, Social Worker, Counselling and Bereavement Services at Canuck Place Children’s Hospice-Dave Lede House in Abbotsford.
This small gathering will focus on family-centered support highlighting Harleen’s role as a social worker who provides psychosocial and bereavement support to families with a child receiving care, as well as to families following the loss of their child. Such support is integral to bereavement care and resources we offer, ensuring families receive compassionate guidance, advocacy, and connection during difficult times.
Harleen will share her role as a palliative care social worker in the Great Room by the warm fireplace in a conversational setting. There will be time and space for asking questions and learning more from Harleen directly.
