IGNITE: Women's Empowerment Gala
IGNITE 2026: A Women’s Empowerment Gala is a signature community event founded by The Times of Canada to celebrate leadership, resilience, and impact across the Lower Mainland. Taking place on February 27, 2026, in Surrey, the evening will bring together 500+ business leaders, entrepreneurs, and community changemakers for an inspiring and high-energy night of connection and celebration.
The event will feature a networking reception and red carpet, followed by an awards dinner, panel moments, and powerful storytelling that honours outstanding women and allies across sectors including business, healthcare, public service, arts, and community leadership. Guests will also enjoy an evening of music, dance, and a live DJ, creating space not only to celebrate achievements but to build meaningful professional relationships in a vibrant setting.
IGNITE creates valuable opportunities for Surrey’s business community to connect, collaborate, and support initiatives that uplift local voices and mentorship.
