International Women's Day with MLAs
Join MLAs Elenore Sturko and Trevor Halford as we celebrate International Women's Day 2023 in Surrey & White Rock.
Attendees will be treated to a light meal while networking with the best and brightest of the peninsula and beyond.
Featuring interviews with women of renown in our community.
Rochelle Prasad: Is an international leader and social entrepreneur with 10 years of experience in organizational development, team leading, community/grassroots engagement, youth engagement, stakeholder relations, and project management. She's also the recipient of awards and author of "Because We Can."
Maureen Levy: Is an RCMP member for 33+years, District Commander for "E" Division's Lower Mainland, Canadian Police Contingent Commander for Operations Inherent Resolve, and awarded three medals, including Member of the Order of Merit for Police Forces.
Emma Baggott: Is an electrical instructor and the chair of the electrical department at KPU. She holds her construction electrical red seal, as well as her FSR B and Provincial Instructors Diploma.
Amanda Masson: Is and electrical instructor at KPU. She holds her construction electrical red seal as well as her Master license out of the province of Ontario.
