Acquisition activity and related business valuation matters KPMG's Deal Advisory group will share insights regarding private company valuations and transactions, including:
- Acquisition activity and trends
- Buyer motivations and what drives value
- Transaction and valuation tips and trends
The session will feature a local market update, including private company valuation multiples, the lending environment, and the evolving buyer landscape. Other valuation topics such as shareholder agreement considerations, implications of the BC Family Law Act, and employee stock option plans for private companies will also be discussed.
