LIFE Designs Renewal Retreat
Dragonfly Consulting Marketing and Event Planning is coordinating the LIFE Designs Renewal Retreat for women taking place on the beautiful Quadra Island at the Gowlland Harbour Resort. This 3 day, 3 night retreat is for women who are looking for the opportunity to relax, rejuvenate, refocus and re-connect. There will be group fitness classes, personal empowerment workshops, nature activities, and spa services. Meals, snacks, classes, prizes, gift bags and transportation from Nanaimo are included in the price.
