This workshop series is designed to help you and your organization effectively handle situations of change by understanding how to lead your staff in a way they will be receptive to. Discover how to handle resistance and how to make the best decision for your business.
Are you passive or aggressive? We naturally deal with conflict and have preference to do what is normal to us. Often our natural way of dealing with conflict is to either run from the situation or fight the person we are dealing with. In reality neither of these responses yield results and there is no happy medium. We must implement a third behaviour that has nothing to do with being passive or aggressive.
