On May 6, the BC Salmon Farmers Association will speak to the Surrey Board of Trade at a digital town hall on BC Salmon Farming Industry Perspective.

Previously, John served as provincial Deputy Minister, focused on government communications, public engagement and corporate priorities. Over a 25 year career, he has held various roles in both the public and private sectors, including Vice President of a national public relations agency with a practice focusing on risk management and corporate responsibility; Deputy Director of the Liu Institute, an international relations think-tank situated at UBC; and policy advisor and communications director to former Fisheries and Environment Minister David Anderson, PC MP.
