When business owners get focused on revenue, they forget that it is meaningless until it is actually in their bank account. Presented by BDO Canada, this workshop will focus on the importance of accounts receivable management. Participants will discuss the importance of cash flow and how to stay on top of it as well as learn some straight forward tips to managing their accounts receivable.
