Does your business have an effective strategic plan in place? Attend the SBOT Strategic Planning for Your Business Workshop on November 25th! This workshop is designed to teach participants how to create a strategic plan that will guide you and your business to greater success!
In this session, you will learn to:
- Articulate a compelling reason for why your business exists
- Identify core values that guide you as you deliver on your business promise
- Determine a list of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that impact your business
- Identify and analyze systems and processes at work in your business and set measures for their effectiveness
- Determine your top priorities with required actions to move your business toward your planned performance goals
