September 24, 2022 - We Belong Surrey Film Viewing Party
Join us for a showing of the documentary Lauren's Story. This film follows the journey of housing activist and disability advocate Lauren Simpson, as she works for affordable housing for herself and others.
Come meet Lauren, other local self advocates and learn more about affordable housing initiatives in our community! FREE drinks and snacks will be provided.
We Belong Surrey is a non-partisan coalition of businesses, community organizations, and individuals who believe in a Surrey where all people are valued and belong. The coalition’s foundation is the shared values of integrity, inclusion, compassion, and respect. We will ensure that these values are at the forefront of Surrey’s leadership conversations.
