Moving Beyond Conflict: Creating Relationships AT work THAT work

We may not be able to choose who we work with but we do have to figure out how to work with our colleagues whether we like them or not.

This two hour interactive workshop explores the inner workings of conflict and provides the participants with strategies and tactics so they can manage themselves and other people more effectively during difficult discussion.

Participants will discover:

Their conflict resilience score
One of the most powerful tool to move people towards harmony
The essential process to get through any difficult conversation
A four step self mediation process

This workshop is presented by Brenda Hooper, Mediator & Dispute Resolution Coach.
