September 8, 2021 - Federal Election Candidates Surrey Business Dialogue
Surrey is going to be the largest city in British Columbia by 2030. The Federal Election, with voting set to take place on September 20th, matters to Surrey because of our diversified industry base, human capital, and international access points by land, water, and air.
COVID debt, business and job creation, labour issues, climate change costs, the need to invest in infrastructure, while expediting project approval require serious, bold strategies to grow our economy.
The Surrey Board of Trade and the South Asian Business Association (SABA) will host a 2021 Federal Election Candidates Surrey Business Dialogue for the business community to engage with Surrey's candidates.
The Surrey Board of Trade is a non-partisan business organization. Our role is to instigate change at the different levels of government with any political or public servant in office. The Surrey Board of Trade hosts these dialogues with political candidates for every election because we need to understand their vision for Surrey?s business community.
