Contract Staffing: Hiring contract staff is ideal when you require an employee for a longer period of time but cannot guarantee permanent employment. Examples would be Maternity leaves, extended sick leaves or project work.
Permanent Recruitment: D1 undertakes all recruitment functions and associated costs (sources, screenings, advertising and networking, interviews, short listings, reference checking, client/candidate communications, hiring negotiations). There is no fee unless you hire our candidate.
