The 1st phase of this project includes the building of a brand new 149\,000 square foot Walmart Supercentre which opened October 28\, 2011 along with a portion of a new two level parking structure. The following phases will include the complete renovation of the existing Guildford Town Centre\, a new and expanded food court\, several new junior anchors and the expansion of the mall on the south side of the existing building. In addition to this\, various site improvements including signage\, access\, landscaping\, interior and exterior appearance and water features will be implemented.
