Employers can significantly reduce their potential liability to employees and avoid workplace conflict by putting in place written employment contracts.  If there is no contract in writing\, a judge will write it for you by inferring contract terms\, and you may not like them!  In this session we will cover best practices for how and when to put employment contracts in place for new and continuing employees.  We will also review key clauses to include in employment contracts\, and how these clauses can protect employers.
