Effective negotiation skills are essential for businesses to adapt\, grow\, and thrive in a challenging and ever-changing economic environment.\n\n\n\nA common challenge faced by managers is reaching an agreement when those involved in decision-making prefer different outcomes. Negotiation is the purposeful communication between interdependent parties aimed at settling disagreements and reaching consensus on areas of shared concern.\n\n\n\nThis session\, part of the Game Changer Business Series\, will allow participants to understand different negotiating tactics and explain how they can be appropriate in various situations.
