DESCRIPTION:Scientific Research & Experimental Development (SR&ED) Tax Incentive\n\n\n\nThe Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) Program is a federal tax incentive program\, administered by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)\, that encourages Canadian businesses of all sizes\, and in all sectors to conduct research and development (R&D) in Canada. It is the largest single source of federal government support for industrial R&D.\n\n\n\nThe SR&ED Program gives claimants cash refunds and / or tax credits for their expenditures on eligible R&D work done in Canada.\n\n\n\nAt this workshop you will gain:\n\n  Insight into the new science questions on the new and revised SR&ED application.\n\n  Direction from the CRA on what is important to include in your SR&ED application.\n\n  An opportunity to ask CRA science auditors what really is eligible for SR&ED\n\n  Contacts at the CRA for future inquiries.\n\nPresented in partnership by Grant Gilmour of Gilmour Knotts Chartered Accountants\, and the Canada Revenue Agency.
