DESCRIPTION:The Surrey Board of Trade is working with Surrey employers and other stakeholders to research\, develop and implement a SURREY WORKFORCE STRATEGY to ensure employers in Surrey are able to attract\, recruit and retain workers with the skills needed to support economic growth. SBOT has retained Human Capital Strategies (HCS) to complete this work by September 2019. \n\n \n\nWe have completed a survey of Surrey employers and interviewed over 30 Surrey employer representatives on workforce challenges and opportunities in Surrey. Before we move to start building the actual Workforce Strategy\, we are holding two EMPLOYER FOCUS GROUPS. \n\n \n\nThis is a by-invitation-only opportunity for you to provide your invaluable insights and creative and innovative input for the development of the Surrey Workforce Strategy.\n\n \n\n\n\nThank you for your continued support of this very important initiative for Surrey.
