In this webinar\, the two organizations will share their findings\, takeaways and challenges after two years of outreach in the community. Physicians\, patients\, and representatives in the community are invited to share their experience and insights. Partner institutions\, community stakeholders and the general public are invited to engage in this webinar\, share their feedback and suggestions. This project is funded by the Public Health Agency of Canada.
