Canadian businesses are realizing 30% of disability claims and 70% of disability costs are due to mental health problems.\n\n\n\nGain insight and develop confidence by building your own mental health literacy and by learning the difference between mental health and mental illness. Using the four ?Rs? framework\, learn how to recognize the warning signs and develop supportive communications skills that will help you respond and take positive steps to help.
