Understand how language is processed through our minds\, changing our emotions and affecting our behaviour. This process differs for each country and culture.\n\n3. Hofstede's Cultural Dimensions. Learn about your own cultural dimensions and those of your company.\n\n4. Cross Cultural Mistakes. Hear some common mistakes that occur due to cultural misunderstandings.\n\n5. Direct & Specific Language. Taking the example of Korean Airlines where indirect language resulted in plane crashes\, we look at where our work and projects "crash" because of weak language.\n\nPresented by Andrew Woods of Lexxon Training.
