Panelists include: Lorraine Copas\, Executive Director\, Social Planning and Research Council of BC\; Peter Jeffrey\, Vice President\, Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters British Columbia\; Don Cayo\, Columnist\, The Vancouver Sun\; and Jean Lamontagne\, General Manager of Planning & Development\, City of Surrey. \n\n	\n\n	Brought to you in partnership with the Surrey Board of Trade\; the Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce\; the Delta Chamber of Commerce\; the Greather Langley Chamber of Commerce\; the Richmond Chamber of Commerce\; and the South Surrey and White Rock Chamber of Commerce. \n\n	\n\n	Lunch will be served at 11:30 am and the dialogue will get underway at 12 noon.  A special presentation on the 2013 Draft Metro Vancouver budget will take place over lunch.
