I'm a former business owner of a 30+ employee technology services business with a succesful exit in 2025, a former operations executive of a 25+ employee Managed IT business, and a 30 year veteran in the IT industry. I have built a career understanding business goals and needs and aligning technology with them. Now I take the lessons I've learned over the years and work with business owners and senior leadership on business strategy and operational framework to help them position their businesses for growth.
My focus is on building value and potential in a business by reducing reliance on the owner to function day to day, removing an artificial bottleneck and allowing the company to grow on it's own. I help create focus and clarity by facilitating a planning process and communication structure that gets the entire company moving towards the same goals.
