Event Description
This event is a collaborative initiative by the South Surrey & White Rock Chamber of Commerce, Surrey Board of Trade, Kingdom Athletics, C.A.R.P., and the Seniors Planning Table, with a focus on promoting senior wellness and strengthening our local business community.
Join us for an evening of networking, community engagement, and celebration at Kingdom Athletics, where we will highlight their new weekly exercise program for seniors, designed to improve balance and reduce the risk of falls.
Event Highlights
- Learn about Kingdom Athletics’ innovative seniors’ exercise classes aimed at enhancing stability and fall prevention.
- Catering by: Those Indian Guys
- Enjoy a selection of beer by White Rock Beach Beer Company, wine, and organic non-alcoholic beverages (provided by Kingdom Athletics)
- Enjoy a performance by Sophia Bouvier, singer-songwriter from Ocean Park, Surrey, known for her blend of covers and original songs.
