This workshop is facilitated by Sean McEwen, a Workplace Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Culture Consultant and Director of RealEyes Capacity Consultants, with 26 years of expertise in employment inclusion. He has led initiatives supporting under-represented groups, developed training for employers nationwide, and earned the 2018 Alberta Premier’s Award of Excellence in Employment.
