Get an understanding of what makes us angry, how we show anger, the benefits of anger and how to deal with the anger of others - from a left brain perspective.
Learn how to find more forgiveness and compassion for those that are angry (including yourself), and have some tools to deal with anger.
Pat Driediger is on the civil roster of the B.C. Mediation Roster Society and is a member of BCAMI (British Columbia Arbitration and Mediation Institute). She is a mediator in the Provincial Court Civil Mediation Program and has completed the family mediation practicum. In addition to being a chartered mediator, Pat spent 18 years working in public practice as a Chartered Accountant.
