Improvement Association, Dave had been an important
part of DVBIA activity for more than eight years in his
capacity as the offi cer commanding District One for the
Vancouver Police Department. One of Vancouver's most
respected senior police officers with a career spanning
almost 30 years, he has had advanced police training with
London Metropolitan Police, the U.S. Federal Bureau of
Investigation and in this country.
