LEAN Manufacturing Implementation Workshop
This workshop is intended to provided participants a deep understanding of how to implement lean in their factories. With less theory and more detail, this workshop will be one of the most hands on indepth workshops on lean you will attend. Topics covered: Lean Metrics, 8 Wastes, 5S, Total Productive Maintenance, Cell Mfg, Lean Assembly, Setup Reduction, Lean Mgt, Statetgy Planning, and much more.
Conducted by Surrey based lean engineering firm Kaizen Assembly. Speaker will be Chris Ortiz, internationally recognized lean expert, best selling author, and President of Kaizen Assembly.
Net proceed donated to the United Way of Lower Mainland.
