Party for the Planet
The City of Surrey’s Party for the Planet festival is pleased to announce the return of B.C.’s largest Earth Day celebration on April 27-28 at Central City Plaza. Last year’s successful event was attended by over 10,000 people and was a fun family celebration of Surrey’s numerous green initiatives. Special performances by Down with Webster, international artist Raghav, and more! Fun for all ages! Party for the Planet is an opportunity for the City of Surrey to showcase key sustainable initiatives, such as, traffic and transportation, waste diversion, trees and landscapes, water management, and energy. The event is a great way to provide education and awareness to the public through fun and interactive environmental activations and community engagement.
